PROCESS

A typical upgrade may include

  • A large-format LED video wall or approved high-resolution display configuration.
  • A room-appropriate sound system, microphones, and audio control.
  • A control computer with presentation, playback, and AV-management software.
  • Interactive or immersive learning devices, which may include VR equipment.
  • Space-STEM digital resources, visual learning assets, books, magazines, models, or artifacts.
  • Delivery, installation, system testing, demonstration, and initial orientation.

A responsible rollout starts before anything ships.

Schools are reviewed for demonstrated need, leadership approval, space and infrastructure readiness, accessibility, technology support, safeguarding, and a realistic plan for use.  Selection criteria and decision ownership is published before nominations open.
